Owner – Jacqui Dean

With nearly 30 years experience in administration and project management, Key Virtual Assistance are the perfect fit for your company.  My experience includes event and project management, committee servicing, design and implementation of content management system websites, as well as all the usual administrative, secretarial and PA tasks.  This experience has been gained in a wide variety of environments, both public and private sector, at all levels.

A firm believer in lifelong learning, I’m keen to regularly build on my expertise to ensure that my knowledge skills are kept up to date for the benefit of our clients.  I gained a Level 5 Diploma in Management with the Chartered Management Institute in 2007 and completed an undergraduate degree with the Open University, achieving First Class Honours in September 2013.

I’ve known Joy both personally and professionally for over 20 years since we worked together back in the early 90s. Joy really is a remote worker – as she lives with her partner Paul in sunny Kalamata, mainland Greece (along with six chickens and a host of stray cats they feed). Joy has a solid insurance and legal background and is a bit of a self confessed Grammar Nazi – she loves proofreading and spotting typos, so if you need help with this, get in touch and Joy will be on the case.


Gavin is an experienced and proficient administrator who has worked in many diverse areas over the years including fashion retail, the civil service, television and media and more recently, higher education.  He is resourceful and has a high attention to detail.  On days off Gavin is a passionate baker and has recently started a blog about his baking experiments and new recipes he develops.   Good job we are all working virtually or we’d be eating cakes all day….


Claire started working as a freelancer in 2007 carrying out transcription and proofreading, after gaining experience in the legal, property, police, medical, university and media sectors.  Claire also now carries out data entry, copy typing and research in addition to transcription and prides herself on providing a first class service.   In her spare time Claire enjoys keeping fit, fashion and design, gardening and redecorating her new home.
